Best tips to lose your weight:

  

Nowadays the majority of people are getting fatter and even they don't know the reason why they are getting fat and why their weights are slipping from their hands. Infact gaining in weight and becoming overweight is the key to open the door of many diseases, therefore if you want to stay away from many diseases then you have to do something to control your body weight;
Here are some useful and effective tips to burn calories, lose your weight and make your body fit and active:

First of all you have to keep the goal in your mind and become determinant to achieve your goal and keep this sentence in mind everytime, which is "I have to lose my weight" this is the basic key from which you can lose your weight.

 

1-Exercise:

Exercise is most important to lose your weight, although I know sometime its difficult to go to gym for exercise, specially for housewives and for busy working men, that's why I am giving you some useful tips to do exercise at home even in your busy routine.
Do you know you have many exercise tools in your home? Some of them are;

STAIRS:
Set any specific time of the day to do this exercise, and you have to do that on same time each day. Try to climb up and down the stairs for about 10 minutes daily, its very beneficial for those who want to lose their weight, you will notice the results after one month.

MOPPING:
Mopping on the floor is also very beneficial to get in shape.
For this excercise hold your mop, sit on the floor on your feet, inhale to flatten your tummy and start doing mopping for about 10-15 minutes =) Do this regulary.

LAUNDRY:
Do laundry by yourself, when you wash your clothes for about half an hour it will burn many calories and in the result you will lose your weight.

So, If you are serious to lose your weight then you should pay the last salary to your maid and do your house chores by yourself :-D 

2-Diet:

Dieting is the basic key to maintain your weight, but you don't have to do fasting, you have to eat healthy. Here is your daily diet to follow.
  1. Start your day with a cup of hot water add 1tsp of honey and one inch piece of cinamon stick, leave this until it become warm and drink it daily in the morning and bed time at night.
  2. For whole day eat only fruits and vegetables after every 2 hours (one serving at a time) you can make juice or soup to change the taste.
  3. Avoid eating rice, white bread or roti, potato and junk food.
  4. When you feel hungry eat only vegetables or fruit salad (you can eat one boil egg per day)
  5. Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily.
 Follow these simple tips and diet! You will definitely see the results within a month =)
